Yes, All the pictures of names are just an example of what the font will look like. We can make any name including European names with speacial characters and accents (,-')

How long will it take to receive my order?
 
Most orders are received in 2-3 weeks. We do offer a super fast postage option where your order will be received within 7-10 working days. These options are available in checkout after you have placed your order.
 
What are your postage costs?
 
We have 2 postage options available.
 
* Registered Post $10.00 - This takes 2-5 working days from when the necklace is ready and the parcel is insurred & has a tracking number to track your parcel.
 (Recommended)
 
* Super Fast Postage $34.95 - This option means your order will be received to you within 7-10 working days but there is no insurance if the parcel is lost or damaged.
 
We use Australia Post for shipping.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit once they have left our hands so we always recommend Registered Post so your item can be tracked & insured.
 
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
 
We offer a replacement for goods that arrive faulty or incorrect but no refunds are available for these specialized items.
